Kay Qiu

Kay Qiu is currently the Director of Social and Environmental Affairs for North Asia Field Operations at adidas, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager in the Social and Environmental Affairs team at adidas group since 2007, where they managed over 60 suppliers and led various compliance projects. Kay began their career as a Senior Auditor at ITS from 2004 to 2007, developing expertise in social compliance and local regulations in China. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Shanghai University of Engineering Science, which they completed in 2001.
