Kayla O'Brien

Kayla O'Brien is a creative and curious merchandiser with over six years of experience in the retail industry, specializing in apparel. Currently serving as a Merchandising Manager at adidas for Women's Sportswear Apparel, Kayla manages the largest women’s apparel category and leads initiatives to create inclusive product assortments. Previously, they held various roles at adidas, including Associate Merchandising Manager for Global Football, where they achieved record-breaking sales during the 2022 World Cup. Kayla began their career at Kroger and served as a Quality Control Supervisor at Appraisal Valet, strengthening their analytical and training skills. Kayla is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Business from WU while holding a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University.
