Laong Nuon holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economic and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Institute of Foreign Languages. They served as an Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Cambodia from 2008 to 2011 and as an Advisor/Trainer at Better Factories Cambodia/ILO from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Laong works at adidas, where they have advanced from Manager to Senior Manager in Social and Environmental Affairs from 2013 to 2024.
