Lei Chang

Lei Chang is a seasoned HR senior professional with extensive cross-border and cross-functional experience in consumer business. They currently serve as the Senior Director of HR Rewards for Greater China at 阿迪达斯, having previously held roles at Beiersdorf, including Associate HR Director and various positions in international reward and recognition. Lei's journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in German Studies from Fudan University, followed by another Bachelor's Degree in International Retail Management from Hochschule Worms. They are passionate about engaging employee performance and identifying potential, exemplifying a commitment to lifelong learning.
