Lena White

Lena White is a seasoned UX Digital strategist with a robust background in user experience research and insights. Currently serving as a Manager, UX Digital Strategist at adidas since September 2025, Lena previously held the role of Senior UX Researcher at Columbia Sportswear Company from June 2022 to September 2025. Earlier experience includes positions as UX Insights Lead and UX Research & Insights Specialist at Roboboogie Inc., where responsibilities included developing and executing comprehensive user testing strategies for various clients. Lena holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University and completed a program at General Assembly between 2020 and 2021.
