Mailin Winterhoff

Mailin Winterhoff has gained valuable experience in project management through the role of Assistant Manager Future Talent Programs at adidas in June 2024, where strong capabilities in planning, executing, and overseeing projects were developed while fostering relationships with stakeholders. An extensive network was built by rotating through various departments, including Corporate Communications, HR, Innovation, and Product Testing. Prior volunteer experiences include providing weekly German lessons for refugees at Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Regionalverband Nürnberger Land e. V. ASB and gaining insights into horse riding therapy for individuals with physical and mental impairments during a Voluntary Social School Year at Andersreiten. Mailin Winterhoff is currently completing an apprenticeship in Office Management Assistance at Staatl. Berufsschule Herzogenaurach, having previously obtained a Secondary School Diploma from Gymnasium Herzogenaurach.
