Mark Ma has worked in the IT field since 2005, focusing on IT infrastructure, project management, and delivery. They served as the Lead Network Analyst at Eaton Corporation from 2013 to 2022, leading and supporting over 100 global projects related to network architecture and design. Currently, Mark is the Senior Manager of APAC Connectivity at adidas, overseeing network, security, and cloud services within IT infrastructure. Previously, they held the position of Network & Voice & Security Leader at Heraeus APAC, where they were responsible for network design, security policies, and project management across the region. Mark's expertise spans various technologies, including VoIP and security systems.
