Match Lai

Match Lai is a talent acquisition lead with extensive experience in sourcing and recruitment across various sectors, including retail and technology. They began their career as a Consultant in Finance & Accounting at PageGroup from 2011 to 2013. From 2015 to 2017, Match served as HR Manager for North Asia Shared Services at DFI Retail Group, where they contributed to talent acquisition for a major Pan-Asian retailer. They later held a key role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Arrow Electronics from 2019 to 2021 before joining adidas, where they currently lead talent acquisition efforts for the Greater China Area and Southeast Asia. Match is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration at Winona State University.
