Melanie Werner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and customer experience optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager Global eCom at adidas since March 2022, Melanie oversees the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program across the EU, enhancing test velocity and implementation efficiency while facilitating stakeholder collaboration to improve consumer journeys. Prior to adidas, Melanie held various roles at Wayfair from May 2017 to February 2022, progressing to E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, where responsibilities included managing EU selection strategies and enhancing site navigation for improved customer experiences. Earlier work experience includes roles at DKMS, SMCP, ESCADA, and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Melanie holds a Master of Arts in International Business from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth.
