Mirela Matan

Mirela Matan is currently serving as the Regional ISO Europe at adidas, having previously held the position of Director of Information Security in the CISO Office. With extensive experience in information security leadership, Mirela collaborates with the CISO to formulate and implement enterprise-wide security strategies, focusing on Distribution Center Security, IAM, and crisis management. Mirela also has a strong background in managing large teams and coordinating incident responses for significant cyber events. Prior roles include IT Program Manager at GfK and Rollout Coordinator for Skype for Business at Schaeffler. Mirela earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
