Nick Zimmerer

Nick Zimmerer, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in property management and construction accounting. At BRIDGE Housing Corporation, Nick served as a Senior Accountant and later as an Accounting Manager, managing a team of accountants and overseeing annual audits and tax returns for a portfolio of 35 operating properties. In a subsequent role as Property Management Controller and Assistant Controller, Nick established a regional accounting office and managed multiple accountants, further handling construction draws and cost certifications. Prior experience includes working as an Accountant at AEG, assisting with management transition and audit closures, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at SMG. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
