Cem Ozbek has extensive experience in supply chain management and planning, primarily within the sporting goods industry. Since August 2004, Cem has held the position of Director Supply Planning for the EMEA region at adidas, where responsible for overseeing strategic sourcing initiatives and driving growth and profitability across three primary divisions: apparel, footwear, and hardware. Prior roles at adidas included Senior Planning Manager, focusing on capacity management and production efficiency, and Sr. Merchandiser, managing production schedules and cross-functional coordination. Cem's career began at H&M as an Assistant Merchandiser, following a role as a Merchandiser at Hey Tekstil A.S. Academically, Cem holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University and completed education at TED Ankara Koleji.
