Paul Bester

Paul Bester is an experienced professional in sports marketing and sales management with a career spanning over two decades. Since November 2014, Paul has held multiple senior management roles at adidas, including Senior Manager Sports Marketing & EIM Emerging Markets, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic sports marketing initiatives, budget management, and partner activation across the Emerging Markets region. Previous roles at adidas also involved managing the football strategy and budget in South Africa. Prior to adidas, Paul served as Regional Sales Manager at TaylorMade-adidas Golf and EAS, focusing on expanding market presence in various regions. Additional experience includes managing key accounts in the UK at Remploy Ltd and co-founding SA Sports Shop. Paul holds a Sales Management degree from the University of Cape Town and completed studies in Marketing and Business Management at Damelin College, among other educational achievements.
