Paula Pedraza is a bilingual psychologist and HRBP with a strong focus on human resources management and talent culture. They hold a degree from the University of La Sabana and completed a specialization in Human Resources Management at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Paula's experience includes roles as an Associate Recruiter at Korn Ferry and as a Talent & Culture Analyst at Belcorp, where they implemented initiatives to enhance organizational climate and employee engagement. Currently, Paula serves as the Manager of HR GBS at adidas, where they continue to contribute to dynamic talent management systems.
