Phoebe Jiayi Xu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leading finance operations and shared services. They served as a Senior Manager of Finance Operation at adidas Group in China from 2011 to 2012 and held multiple senior roles at adidas, including Senior Director of Finance Shared Service Center and currently as Function Service Finance VP. Xu also worked at Accenture, where they managed the Accounting Service team and led operational excellence initiatives from 2008 to 2011. Prior to these roles, they gained audit experience as a Senior Associate at PwC from 2004 to 2008. Xu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law, specializing in International Economic Law, from JiLin University.
