Rob Burgess

Rob Burgess is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience at adidas since April 2012, currently serving as the Senior Director Talent Acquisition for Europe, Emerging Markets, and Global Retail. Burgess leads regional Talent Acquisition teams and is responsible for over 50% of the company's annual hires. Previous roles include overseeing the EMEA TA team and directing a team of 50+ recruiters supporting numerous corporate functions and retail operations. Burgess has successfully expanded the market Europe TA team significantly and has served as an internal recruitment consultant for sales and marketing. Prior to adidas, Burgess was a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, specializing in placing IT professionals. Educational background includes a degree in Modern History and Politics from The University of Manchester.
