Roy Lim

Roy Lim is an HR professional with a passion for building teams and a keen eye for talent. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from James Cook University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management, Roy has held positions at leading organizations, including Assistant Vice President at Citi and Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at adidas, which they currently hold. Previously, they served in various roles at Adecco Singapore, Applied Materials, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
