Shama is an experienced professional in technology and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach at adidas since May 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Indigo Consulting from November 2020 to January 2021. Shama's career began at Accenture, where work was done as a Sr. Software Engineer from June 2009 to July 2016, specializing in full stack development with Microsoft technologies. Followed by a role as Tech Lead Operations at GlobalLogic from July 2016 to December 2018, managing operations workflow for Google as a Techno Agile Lead. Additionally worked as a Project Manager at Diksha Technologies from March 2020 to July 2020. Shama holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Punjab Technical University, completed in 2008, and a Matriculation degree from St. Joseph Convent, Ferozepur.
