Siôn Archer is the Global Lead for Crisis Management, Travel & Event Risk at adidas, where they manage a team focused on ensuring safety across global events and workplaces. With six years of experience as a Police Officer, Siôn developed expertise in policy development and critical incident management. They hold degrees in Criminology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and completed a program in Risk and Crisis Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Siôn is dedicated to protecting people and assets from potential threats while aligning solutions with adidas's mission and values.
