Susan Cecil is a seasoned Senior Materials Manager with extensive experience in all facets of product creation, primarily at adidas from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they managed Apparel and Footwear products, leveraging well-honed listening skills and a robust network to facilitate collaboration across various departments. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Team Lead for US Cleated Sports, Running, and Originals at Adidas Group from 2004 to 2016, where they contributed to multiple projects across technical teams.
