Tom Hovington

Tom Hovington is a Senior HR Director at adidas, focused on the Outdoor industry. Previously, they held various roles at adidas, including Talent Acquisition Director for North America and HR Director for Outdoor & adidas Golf, where they led initiatives to transform talent acquisition processes and build inclusive hiring programs. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Quantica Search & Selection, specializing in the FMCG sector. Currently, Tom is pursuing a degree in Philosophy at The University of Sheffield.
