Vandy Ji is currently serving as the HR Director for business partnering at adidas since January 2023. Vandy's career includes various roles at bp from June 2014 to May 2015, such as HR Advisor for Eastern Hemisphere Acetyls, Regional Diversity and Inclusion Advisor for Asia Pacific, and HR Business Partner for Aromatics China and Downstream Procurement Aspac and IT&S ANZ.
