Windu Arianto

Windu Arianto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the footwear manufacturing industry, having held various leadership roles at adidas from November 2015 to November 2021, including Director of Manufacturing Footwear and Senior Manager of Production Footwear. Windu developed strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills while collaborating across functions to tackle complex challenges. Prior to adidas, Windu's experience includes positions at Target as a Senior Manufacturing Technician, Oxylane Group (Decathlon) as a Quality Production Leader, and KMK Global Sport as a Business Production Manager and Lean Implementation Manager. Windu earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta in 2001.
