Andy Headington

Andy Headington is the CEO of Adido, where responsibilities include leading business operations and enhancing company culture since July 2003. In addition to this role, Andy has served as Chair and Non-Executive Director for Silicon South, contributing to the digital prosperity of Dorset from July 2017 to March 2025, and held the position of Chairman of Digital South at Business South from January 2018 to January 2022. Previous experience includes mentoring students at Young Enterprise South East, serving as a committee member for the Dorset Junior Chamber, and working as a Data Administrator at Eastlands Benefits Administration. Andy holds a BSc in Computing from Bournemouth University, completed in 2003.
