Ali Parlak has extensive experience in program and plant management, currently serving as a Program Manager at Adient since December 2014, overseeing Volvo, Geely, and CEVT programs across multiple regions including China, North America, and Europe. Prior to this role, Ali worked at Johnson Controls in various management positions from 2007 to 2014, including Plant Manager and Senior Launch Manager, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, launching new business initiatives, and leading global launch teams. Earlier career experience includes establishing a new plant at B-Plas A.S. and serving as a Project Engineer, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
