Allan Venter is currently the Group Quality Manager at Adient, a position they have held since 2016. Previously, they served as the Group Quality Manager at Johnson Controls Automotive from 2010 to 2013, and as Plant Manager at Johnson Controls from 2013 to 2016. Allan completed the Management Development Program at the International Center for Management Development in 1998 and holds a National Certificate in Production Management from Port Elizabeth Technikon (1999-2001).
