Allen Holmes has extensive experience in the automotive design industry, primarily focusing on seat design and technical illustration. Currently serving as a Catia V5 Seat Designer at Adient since August 2001, Allen contributed to the development of significant projects, including the 2013 Acura MDX 3rd Row and the 2011 Honda Odyssey 3R. Prior to this role, Allen worked at Johnson Controls as a Designer and at Ikeda Engineering Corp./JCI, where the design of the 3rd row seat for the new Nissan Quest Minivan was a notable achievement. Allen also received certificates in various aspects of I-deas Training. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Technical Illustrator at D&L/Magna Lomason and as a Designer at Ikeda Engineering. Allen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic and Commercial Art along with a Technical Illustration Certificate from Macomb Community College.
