Andi Cernat

Andi Cernat is an experienced tax professional with a robust background in international tax. Currently serving as the Director of International Tax for EMEA at Adient since July 2017, Andi has previously held significant positions at PwC, including Tax Director and Senior Manager, focusing extensively on international tax structuring. From December 2007 to July 2017, Andi contributed to PwC Luxembourg, including a notable tenure representing Luxembourg at the European Tax Desk in New York. Previous experience also includes a role as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young and a deputy editor position at Crier Media Group. Educational qualifications include a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București and earlier studies at Liceul Vlaicu Voda.
