Andrzej Modrzyk is an experienced operational leader with over 20 years in managing manufacturing facilities across the automotive, chemical, and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Adient, they oversee a workforce of more than 1,500 employees. Throughout their career, Andrzej has specialized in operations management, cost optimization, and the implementation of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and 5S principles. They previously held management roles at companies like Pittsburgh Glass Works and Unilever, consistently focusing on innovation, team development, and organizational excellence. Andrzej is pursuing a Master's degree in mechanical energy engineering from Politechnika Śląska w Gliwicach.
