Ashley MacBrien is currently serving as VAVE Lead at Adient since August 2022. Previously, MacBrien worked at Gentherm as a Product Engineer from January 2018 to August 2022 and held the role of Applications Engineering Co-Op prior to that. Earlier experiences include engineering internships at Adient and Johnson Controls, focusing on design reviews and assembly processes. Additionally, MacBrien contributed as a Post-Market Engineering Intern at Terumo Cardiovascular Group, where project management and data analysis were key responsibilities. Initial internship experience involved updating Part Inspection Plans and Design Specifications. MacBrien earned a degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 2014 and 2018.
