Bill Powers

Bill Powers serves as the Director of Operations at Adient, leading North America Foam Operations and Manufacturing Engineering teams since February 2014. Previously, Bill held various leadership roles at Adient, including Director of Manufacturing and Director of Continuous Improvement, overseeing the North American Foam Product Group and focusing on areas such as Advanced Manufacturing and Strategic Innovation. Prior experience at Johnson Controls spanned from September 1988 to February 2014, where Bill progressed through several positions including Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Plant Manager. Bill holds a B.A. in Business from Concordia University Ann Arbor and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
