Billy Ndaba

Billy Ndaba is an accomplished Production Manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently employed at Adient since April 2021, Billy oversees all production activities, focusing on planning, scheduling, and maintaining health and safety standards while ensuring customer specifications are met. Previously, Billy held the position of Production Manager at Feltex Automotive Private Ltd for over a decade, as well as roles at Dura Automotive including Assistant Production Manager, which involved planning, budget management, and performance monitoring. Billy holds a Management Development Program certificate from the University of Stellenbosch and has a strong educational background with O Level qualifications from Soukhazi High School in Zimbabwe.
