Bob Mallmann

Bob Mallmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Adient since March 2021, Bob manages the CI program for the Eldon operation, utilizing lean manufacturing tools to drive improvements. Prior roles include Product Development Manager and Director of Product Development at Brunswick Corporation, where Bob oversaw new product creation, compliance with industry standards, and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. Earlier in his career, Bob held various engineering management positions at Olin Corporation and GMP Metal Products, focusing on equipment engineering, new product development, and process improvements. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
