Brandon Bishop is an accomplished quality manager and manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. At Adient since June 2015, Brandon has specified and managed a fully automated assembly line for power recliners, enhancing efficiency with a cycle time of 2.5 seconds per part. Previously, Brandon worked at Johnson Controls (now Adient) and Keiper, where responsibilities included machine and fixture design, leading to significant cost savings. As a production engineer at DELTA USA, Brandon led a Kaizen team focused on improving key performance metrics and was responsible for jig and fixture redesigns. Early career experience includes roles as a tool and die machinist at Ideal Tool and Mfg. and Ideal - Stant Corporation, where precision fabrication and maintenance of dies were key responsibilities. Brandon is currently pursuing education at State Fair Community College.
