Brian Jacobs

Brian Jacobs is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering across various companies in the automotive sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Manufacturing Engineering - Americas at Adient since October 2020, Brian previously held the position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Tenneco and has a strong background at Adient in global assembly process standardization. Brian's career began at Johnson Controls, Inc., where leadership roles spanned from Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to hands-on manufacturing engineering management. With advanced degrees including an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin Wallace University and a BSEE from The University of Toledo, Brian combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
