Claudia Steinhoff

Claudia Steinhoff serves as the Director of Communications for Europe and Africa at Adient, a global leader in Automotive Seating, since October 2016. Steinhoff plays a key role in Adient's Separation Communication, Rebranding, and Launch, overseeing all internal and external communication activities in the EMEA region, including Change & Restructuring Communications, Employee Communications, and Public Relations. Additionally, Steinhoff has been with Johnson Controls since November 1998, where leadership includes roles such as Director of Employee Communications, focusing on Global Employee Communications and organizational development projects. Previous experience includes positions at Fibrit GmbH and Gebr. Happich GmbH, with early roles in marketing and communications. Claudia Steinhoff holds a Diploma in Economics from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and completed studies in Communication and Media at WAK Cologne.
