David Blasco

David Blasco serves as the IT Director for Adient since April 2013, overseeing IT strategies across Spain, France, the UK, and Germany, and managing 25 direct reports across 11 plants in Europe. Before this role, David was the IT Manager at Johnson Controls from June 2006 to April 2013, where responsibilities included managing three IT departments, budget oversight, and project management. Prior experience includes positions as a System and Database Administrator and IT Project Manager at Valeo, and an Operations System and Database Administrator at Axiliar de Componentes Electricos. David began a career in academia at the Universidad de Zaragoza as a grant holder, focusing on telecommunications. David holds a degree in Physics from the Sciences Faculty of Zaragoza University.
