David Hocker-Cfm

David Hocker-CFM, IAMC Fellow, is an experienced executive currently serving as the Enterprise Property Group Executive Director at Adient since August 2016. Adient is recognized as the global leader in automotive seating, operating 230 manufacturing plants across 33 countries. Prior to this role, David held the position of Global Director of Properties & Facilities at Cooper-Standard Automotive from June 2008 to July 2016. Additionally, from January 2000 to August 2009, David worked as a Senior Principal Consultant at Global Facilities & Systems, Inc., specializing in real estate and facility management advisory services. David began a career at United Technologies in 1984, progressing from Senior Financial Analyst to Sr. Manager of Overseas Development & Facilities by 1999. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, following a high school diploma from Brother Rice High School.
