Don Smith

Don Smith is a seasoned operations and project professional with a diverse background in military, business, and public service. A 1986 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Don distinguished themselves as a regimental commander and a Rhodes Scholar Candidate. Their military career as an Engineer Officer included significant assignments during the Cold War and Operation Desert Storm. Following their military service, Don excelled in manufacturing operations with various companies and led a community recovery effort in Missouri as City Administrator after a tornado struck. Currently, Don serves as the Plant Manager at Adient and as the Assistant Director of Design and Construction at Missouri FMDC.
