Dwight Consolver

Dwight Consolver is currently the Engineering Controller at Adient, having joined the company in 2018. With over twenty years of experience in finance, business analysis, and cost accounting, they have demonstrated a strong ability to develop and lead teams to drive sustainable performance. Prior to Adient, Dwight held several positions at Carhartt, including Costing Manager and Costing Supervisor, where they significantly impacted supply chain efficiency and financial processes. Dwight earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Francis University in 1991.
