Edison xiao

Edison (Surong) Xiao is a Senior Program Manager with expertise in automotive seating program management, particularly in seating mechanisms and complete seat structures. Over the past twelve years, they have successfully launched programs for major automakers, including Honda, Toyota, BMW, and Daimler. Currently, Edison manages the next generation EV complete seat program for Nissan at Adient and has previously held positions at Yanfeng Adient Seating and KEIPER Seating Mechanisms Co., Ltd. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineering and Science and are enhancing their leadership skills through a program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
