Eleonore Leander

Eleonore Leander is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently serving at Adient since November 2016 and concurrently at Johnson Controls since August 2008. Eleonore has a strong background in leading seat development programs, effectively managing program scope, cost, timing, and techniques in collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers. Previously held positions include lead engineer and project manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development of upholsteries in seats and leading engineering teams to achieve timely and high-quality results. Eleonore holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers tekniska högskola and a certification as a tailor from Östrabo, specializing in surface material and lectra systems.
