Esil Mertoglu

Esil Mertoglu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, currently serving as Senior EHS Manager for EMEA at Adient since May 2013. In this role, Esil leads the EMEA Women's Resource Network, focusing on empowering and developing women in the workplace as part of Adient's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous positions include EHS Regional Manager and HSE Coordinator at Adient, where responsibilities encompassed corporate leadership in EHS for over 20 manufacturing locations, and ensuring compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards. Prior experience includes roles at Borusan Mannesmann, IZOCAM, and Koc Holding, highlighting a consistent focus on EHS compliance and risk management.
