Falko Jaehner

Falko Jaehner is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive seating industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Adient since September 2016, Falko oversees various engineering functions, including application engineering, test lab operations, prototyping, warranty analysis, and CAE simulations. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Johnson Controls and Chief Engineer at Keiper, where Falko managed engineering teams and activities related to automotive seating and mechanisms. Falko's career began at Valeo as a test engineer, leading to positions that involved coordinating testing and validation processes across multiple organizations. Falko holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
