Fritz Henderson

Fritz Henderson is an experienced executive currently serving as an Operating Partner at both Atlas Holdings LLC and Atlas Innovate since January 2018, as well as Principal at The Hawksbill Group since April 2018, providing advisory services in areas such as public policy and strategy. Henderson holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Adient and has held various leadership roles, including Lead Director at Marriott International and past Chairman and CEO at both SunCoke Energy and its publicly traded master limited partnership. Additional experience includes serving as Non-Executive Chairman at Arconic and Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Henderson's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in accounting from the University of Michigan.
