Gerri Archer

Gerri Archer is an analytical financial director with 24 years of experience in automotive product costing. They began their career in engineering before transitioning into finance roles at Adient, where they currently serve as the Director of Global Costing, managing regional and global costing teams and overseeing a controlled spend analysis exceeding $5 billion. Previously, Gerri held roles at Johnson Controls, including Comfort Engineer and Product Financial Manager, where they contributed to vehicle seating programs and performed comprehensive costing analyses. Gerri holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan, including an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering.
