Hector Pedraza

Hector Pedraza is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in manufacturing and quality management, currently serving at Adient since June 2023. Previously, Pedraza held engineering management roles at Sensata Technologies and has extensive experience in various positions at Inteva Products, Key Safety Systems, DeltaTech Controls GmbH, RR Donnelley, and IAIMexico, where responsibilities included leading manufacturing operations, integrating systems, and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Additionally, Pedraza has a foundation in product quality management from Delphi, where strategies were developed for CMM operations. An educational background in Electrical Engineering was obtained at Instituto Tecnológico de Matamoros, complemented by Six Sigma training.
