Ian Graham is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial control and strategic planning. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Adient since April 2020, Ian holds full SALES and EBIT responsibility. Previously, Ian spent nearly 17 years at JCB in various senior financial controller roles, where responsibilities included developing governance and reporting processes, enhancing performance in underperforming business units, and driving talent management within the Finance department. Earlier experience includes a role as UK Regional Just-in-Time Financial Controller at Johnson Controls Automotive UK Ltd, where Ian partnered with the executive team to develop financial strategies and operational plans.
