Jan Stepanek

Jan Stepanek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Adient since October 2016. Prior to this, Jan held various roles at Johnson Controls from October 2007 to October 2016, including Program Manager, Launch Manager, Production Supervisor, and Materials Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from managing launch projects and aligning resources to overseeing production plans and team motivation. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services, both from FSE UJEP Usti nad Labem, as well as a state exam from Gymnasium Josefa Jungmanna Litomerice.
