Jeff Banks

Jeff Banks is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Adient since November 2022, Jeff has previously held similar positions at KIRCHHOFF Automotive and Tenneco, where responsibilities included launching the Tenneco Spring Hill facility. Earlier roles at US Display Group involved plant management and quality/safety management, focusing on production quality and customer satisfaction. Jeff's career began at Nissan Motor Manufacturing Ltd. as an Area Manager, overseeing machining lines and logistics.
